Executive Assistant To Ceo

L.G. Atkimson Import-Export, Inc. is looking for an (1) Executive Assistant

- Free lunch and snacks everyday.
- 20K starting salary. Increase after 6 months.

Location: Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City

Minimum Qualification/s:
- 22 to 35 years old. Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Banking, and Finance.
- Above average computer and communication skills.
- Familiar in handling credit and banking transactions.
- With 1-year corporate experience is an advantage but FRESH Graduates are welcome to apply.
- With SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, Tin ID, and Barangay Clearance.
- Must be living in or near Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City

Key responsibilities:
- Handles bank-to-bank transactions.
- Process payments such as broker's billings, charges with bank, advances by broker, local insurance etc.
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
