**Skills and Qualifications**
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent communication skills (especially written).
- Tech-savvy: Can work with CRMs and other software.
- Familiar with Google Applications, esp.
Workspace.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
**What You Will Do**
- Provide general administrative support to the executives.
Help maximize the executives' time handling day-to-day schedules.
Coordinate schedules, finalize meetings, and schedule conference calls.
- Ensure day-to-day matters are attended to by reminding executives of meetings, daily appointments, and tasks to be completed.
- Book their appointments and arrange their schedules in a way that helps executives make the best use of their time.
- Attend meetings with the executive, taking accurate notes and distributing these to the participants.
- Provide administrative support and create reports as requested.
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Take minutes: Keep an accurate official written record of what took place at a meeting or conference, for future reference and follow-up.
- Take responsibility for written communication both internally and externally.
This may require the composition of Google documents and the creation of presentations and Excel spreadsheets.

Your client leads an immigration law practice in Miami that helps clients gain legal status without leaving the U.S.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
