Event Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.Identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events.Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client needs are met and events run smoothly.Manage event budgets, contracts, and invoicing processes.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the event lifecycle.Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts for management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.3+ years of experience in event sales or a similar role.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of event planning processes and industry standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
