Estimator - Permanent Wfh

We are looking for a reliable Construction Estimator who will calculate possible costs and gains of construction projects, providing the company with accurate information that will help in operations and strategic planning. Your duties will include collecting and analyzing data according to a series of useful variables.
You should be very comfortable with numbers and analytical activities. Besides, you should have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
$225 per week Review and analyze the requirements of the project or program at handReview drawings and specifications, and initiate Requests for Information if necessary
Define scopes to produce valid estimatesPerform quantity takeoff on various scopesWork with project data, produce forecasts, and perform risk analysisCreate detailed reports or bids and submit them to the appropriate partiesSend out Requests for Quotation to suppliers and subcontractorsMaintain relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, architects, and others 5+ years' experience of working on a Construction Estimator or other similar positionGood practical experience with software like Planswift, Bluebeam, or other onscreen takeoff softwareStrong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detailStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood organizational skills and high reliabilityDegree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or other relevant area
