QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with PRC License Knowledgeable in trouble shooting and/or with (5) years experience in automotive servicing or mechanical work, maintenance of light and heavy-duty vehicles Able to schedule and perform Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) schedule efficiently Able to balance schedule of manpower versus equipment availability Manages service requirements of motorpool and job sites. With relevant work experience as a service advisor is an advantage With people management skills Must know how to drive 2-4 wheels or 6 wheeled vehicles (with Driver's License RC 123 Prof) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to Operations Support Supervisor and in his absence to Special Project Manager Schedules Preventive Maintenance of all vehicles and equipment Prepares, monitors and updates the Preventive Maintenance Program. Coordinates with the Equipment Coordinator for its implementation and execution. Prepares request (Purchase Order, Job Order and repair order) needed for the Corrective and Preventive maintenance. Ensures proper equipment installations being carried out on site Investigates root cause of equipment failures Coordinates and creates report for the equipment status, utilization, history record and fleet management on a weekly and monthly basis. Utilizes Inventi for creating and updating work orders and monitors equipment history record. Assists the equipment coordinator to ensure the implementation and execution of maintenance activities on a timely manner. Coordinated with Purchasing Department for the parts needed. Set up and supervise equipment maintenance repair activities Obtains and request overtime works assigned to mechanics. Creates report for the equipment status, utilization, history record and fleet management on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintains equipment records. Trade test Evaluator for machine/equipment with assistance of Chief Mechanic. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time. Job Type: Full-time
