Utilities Operator / Boiler Operator

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards such as but not limited to Food Quality Systems, HACCP & GMP policies and others on assigned sections (Sauce line)
Implement daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them to subordinates
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing manning schedules based on expected order volumes
