ENGINEERING & SERVICE MANAGER - CEBU BASED QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical EngineerWith at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, andwarranty managementKnowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioningWith at least five (5) years' experience as a ManagerWith experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation,inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable managementWith good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.Negotiates service contracts.Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquiresPrepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paidRecruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer serviceWorks hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every majorProvides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
