Engineering Manager

We are looking for reliable and talented ENGINEERING MANAGER to join our team. An Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating projects and supervising teams. You are responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution. You will work closely with teams and collaborate with other management personnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Field

- Master's degree is advantageous

- Proven experience as an engineering manager

- Proven supervisory and technical; skills

- Background in wastewater treatment plant

- Proficient in using computer-aided (CAD) platforms

- Analytical and mathematical skills

- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers

- Ability to give constructive criticism

- Leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Must be knowledgeable in driving 4 wheels (either Automatic or Manual)
