Engineering Manager I

Key Responsibilities: Allocate budgets for repair and maintenance. Establish preventive maintenance schedules. Plan work schedules and prioritize job orders. Supervise team performance and conduct briefings. Coordinate project drawings and cost estimates. Prepare engineering reports. Qualifications: Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer 2-3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in food manufacturing Experience in preventive maintenance scheduling Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) Strong leadership and organizational skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willing to work 6 days a week and on a shifting schedule LOCATION: CAGAYAN DE ORO Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
