Site Architect/ Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably licensed architect/engineerPreferably with experience as Turn Over Group with previous employer.With atleast 5 yrs related experienceKnowledgeable in Autocad, Microsoft Applications (Word, PPT, Excel)Good in Oral and written communication skillsWith pleasing personalityWilling to be assigned in Cebu CityRegular post not project basedWork Schedule: Mon-SatDuties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with RCII-QAD, RCII Construction Team, GT Property Management, GT-PD, and GT-Customer Service Team to facilitate the turnover of units for Cebu Projects.Act as the primary point of contact for all turnover-related inquiries and updates.Organize and manage the preliminary and final turnover punch lists.Ensure the timely rectification of minor architectural and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) works.Provide valuable technical inputs to ensure that units meet quality standards for handover to unit buyers.Identify potential issues early and recommend solutions to avoid delays.Proactively monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.Ensure transparency in documentation and reporting practices.Maintain a strong sense of urgency in addressing turnover tasks to meet agreed schedules.Report directly to the head of the turnover group and the EVP of Engineering regarding project status and challenges.Ensure that all completed work adheres to company standards and client expectations.Conduct inspections as necessary to verify the quality of rectified works before turnover.Other tasks may assigned from time to time
