Be a part of the EDC Team!Management of Work Processes and Administrative Requirements: Ensure the timely request, issuance and processing of the various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO's.Monitor and review budget making sure proper IO allocation on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services, Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements and Accommodation for CMG personnel.Ensure timely procurement, transport and deliveries of goods, materials, tools, logistics and services needed for PMS, Repair and RTS activities.Monitor progress of PMS, Repair and RTS activities and collate relevant data and information for purposes of creating a post outage reports (POR).Secure Vendor's Activity and Service Completion Reports in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field Services and Facility Maintenance, to be incorporated in the POR as appendices.Prepare and submit Central Maintenance Group yearly budget.Preparation of Central Maintenance's budget monthly forecast.Submission of the draft POR's one week after each and every outage, may it be planned, unplanned, or RTS.Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company.Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company.Implement and comply with company rules and policies.Perform other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
