Engineer / Estimator

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction science, or any other related field.With experience in Structural and Architectural estimates.Willing to be located in CavitePreparing cost estimates at various stages of design from schematic and budget to detailed take-off and pricingParticipating in project meetings, reviewing schedules, and preparing reportsExploring documentations in order to gain a deep understanding of project requirementsBuilding and maintaining healthy and long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and other project managersCreating and presenting reports to managementPerforming complex analysis of collected data and metricsVisiting sites, warehouses, and other venues necessary in order to do estimatesCollecting and analyzing data by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documentsManaging incoming and outgoing blueprint drawings, and creating and maintaining appropriate logs for all construction projectsNegotiating construction prices with subcontractors for competitive biddingAbility to forecast the cost of high-ticket, involved building developments.Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents.
