In your new role you will: Test package generation for new products (software & hardware development). Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support. Tester conversion/balancing, while driving test productivity improvement. Innovate test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing). Test package buy-off and documentation. Participate in new tester platform benchmarking. Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production. Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoka mixing, etc.) You are best equipped for this task if you have: Fresh Graduates or Graduates in Degree/ Master g (Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) with 1 year relevant working experience are welcome to apply. High passion on Test and Product Engineering. Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and a good team player.
