Employee Experience Officer - San Juan - Weekends Off

The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of all employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction to minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Psychology, and/or Human Resource Management
- Preferably 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Amenable to work in San Juan City
- Work Schedule: Mondays -Fridays | 8:00AM - 5:00PM or 7:00AM - 4:00PM | Weekends Off
- Salary Range: ? 25,000 - ? 28,000
