Email Marketing Manager (Onsite-Taguig)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing, including strategy, content creation, list segmentation, performance tracking, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing automation tools, data analytics, and customer journey optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing strategies to promote products/services, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. Create and manage email campaigns including newsletters, promotional offers, automated drip campaigns, and transactional emails. Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications. Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and unsubscribe rates; provide insights for ongoing optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Perform A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, design, content) to improve performance. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for email marketing. Use marketing automation tools to set up email workflows and customer journeys for lead nurturing. Analyze campaign results and produce reports to share with the team, providing recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to continuously improve email marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo). Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems. Experience with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus. Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset. Must be open in working in BGC, Taguig Powered by JazzHR
