About the Role: As the Email Marketing Lead, you'll spearhead the development and execution of our email marketing strategy. Plan, create, and manage engaging email campaigns across various email types (e.g., welcome series, promotional offers, newsletters). Segment email lists to ensure targeted communication and personalization. Develop and A/B test email subject lines, content, and design to optimize campaign performance. Analyze email campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and present email marketing performance data to stakeholders. Lead and manage a team of email marketing specialists, providing coaching and mentorship. Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and technologies. Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., content marketing, social media) to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM). Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign optimization techniques. Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot). Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. Experience in developing and managing email marketing budgets (a plus). Strong leadership and team management skills.
