Electronic Channels Implementation Consultant

**Key responsibilities**:

- Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of Mobile banking, Web banking and Bill payment solutions.
- Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements.
- Setting up and configuring system parameters.
- Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration.
- Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns, and requirements.
- Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping and proposal preparation.
