Qualifications: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.Proficient in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems. Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, receiving mail, keeping finances (Quickbooks), running errandsPaying bills, maintaining personal calendar, and organizing personal filesdevising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filingE-Commerce Office Administrator will be involved in organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;E-Commerce Office Administrator will be involved in liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.Oversee day to day ecommerce operations, including order processing, inventory management and fulfillment.Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customersConduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the ecommerce platform.
