**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and execute the strategy to grow the Savings business and attaining the revenue and user count targets.
- Create and nurture multiple strategic partnerships to provide a robust product that is best-in-class and with reduced dependency and risk tied to a single partner.
- Manage the Savings Team to execute against the strategy and ensure the growth of each team member.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Educational Background - College graduate
- Five (5) years of work experience in Financial Services
- Work Background / Experience - Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution, or similar industries
- Expert on project management
- Seasoned people manager
- With Business Acumen and Analytical and Proficient in numbers
