E-Commerce Dispatcher

**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
To issue required parcels from withdrawal documents such as Ready to Ship orders for pick-up by courier and Transport Manifests for Warehouse transfers and promotional materials; to ensure that both required quality and quantity are served for all requirements.
**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Validates the correctness and completeness of the parcels prepared to serve the order in terms of product quality and quantity before the transfer of parcels from the loading bay to the courier.
2.
Coordinates with Packers for the completion of stock preparation.
Ensures no mixed-up of stocks in the staging area.
3.
Endorses all necessary documents such as acknowledged manifest to Operations Lead for filing.
4.
Ensure all Parcels are successfully scanned and updated as shipped status.
5.
Observes GMP/GWP and safety standards at all times.
6.
Performs whatever function that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Educational Attainment**:

- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferred; college level or associates degrees

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in warehousing environment, preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry.
