Job Summary: The role will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand recognition. This role requires a seasoned leader who can independently oversee and drive end-to-end e-commerce business functions, including traffic management, online sales strategies, digital marketing, and live-stream selling.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and execute strategic e-commerce initiatives to maximize online sales and brand visibility.Develop and execute campaign structure and strategy, targeting tactics, and cadence for reporting, performance reviews and forward planning.Drive monthly revenue to meet targets by employing innovative sales and marketing strategies.Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition.Develop and implement strategies for traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.Develop and adapt go-to-market, seller/brand growth, and merchandise strategies tailored to the local market to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and value propositions, while crafting business proposals based on the analysis of business strengths and customer needs.Oversee live-stream sales events to boost customer engagement and sales.Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in e-commerce operations.Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.Drive business growth through product optimization, effective merchant management, and thorough data analysis.Requirements: Proven success in building and mentoring teams within large-scale organizations, with a strong end-to-end understanding of e-commerce functions.Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce platforms, consulting, or internet strategy, with a strong background in market research, business analytics, and eCommerce-related projects, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional strategic commercial projects.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem. Specific experience with electronic products, such as mobile phones, computers, or other consumer electronics, preferred.Demonstrated track record in driving significant online sales in platforms like Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok.Ability to connect with people at their level, embracing diversity, and guiding teams to success.Clear, structured communication, delivered with a positive, can-do attitude.A growth mindset, open to change and innovation.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
