Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain Custody, write, revision and control of all documents (SOP's, MRF's, Acceptance reports etc.)
2. Employ internal controls and practices to safeguard and maintain all documents.
3. Store, manage, route and track inter-department documents.
4. Maintain and regularly update written procedures. (SOPs. Qualification protocol and report.
5. Maintains, prepares requests, and updates equipment calibration schedule.
6. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in his/her area of responsibility
7. Assist in equipment calibration
8. Assist equipment supervisor to audit and ensure that all requirements are met.
9. Generate Material Requisition Form (MRF) and routing approval in accordance to Supervisor's advise.
10. Prepares Equipment group weekly report, downtime reports
11. Monitoring status of work orders and projects.
12. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by Equipment Supervisor and Production Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of 4-year business related course such as Business Administration, Management, Secretariat, IT or Technical Course.
2. Experience as Manufacturing clerk is an advantage.
3. Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications(Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Workspace.
4. Knowledgeable in inventory and ERP.
5. Can complete task on time with minimum errors and can begin or initiate as task and follows through.
6. Can start as soon as possible
7. Willing to work in Dasmariñas, Cavite
