MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate Bachelor's degree preferably Engineering Course
Knowledge and experience working within real estate industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Application and SketchUp.
Data organization skills
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Organized and Detail-Oriented
Focused and can be able to handle large quantities of data accurately and effectively.
JOB SUMMARY:
A document controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain near real time electronic monitoring system for all incoming and outgoing documents of the project.
Generating Order to construct from NOAH for the projected number of units.
Coordinates with the CNC for the prioritization and monthly reconciliation.
Consolidating weekly accomplishment report from All Site.
Monitoring Request for Payment, Billings & Purchase Requisition.
Prepares and submit the approved PR Forms to Purchasing Department.
Prepares and submit the approved PR Forms to Accounting Department.
Participates in construction meeting and analyze the construction updates per site.
Generate monthly completed units for the reconciliation of the submitted excel file.
Accommodate Customer Care for Buyer's Inquiry.
Verifying construction status actual for the quality of units.
Participates in Property Management Meeting for the reconciliation of units and other matters.
Performed other duties as assign.
Maintain an organized filing system for all hard copies documents
Ensure that all documents are uploaded to a cloud file everyday as backup
Receive all incoming documents from clients and contractors and route to concern staff for information and action
Ensure prompt transmittal of all documents by email or hard copies.
