Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:
o Manage the sales team, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development executives.

Sales Support and Order Distribution:
o Oversee the sales support function, ensuring efficient lead management, proposal preparation, and customer inquiries.
o Work closely with the order distribution team to optimize order fulfillment processes.
o Monitor order levels, delivery timelines, and delivery accuracy.
Service Costing and Pricing:
o Develop and maintain accurate service cost models.
o Collaborate with finance and operations to determine pricing strategies.
o Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
o Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
