Distributor Specialist (Pabaza)

Prepare monthly reports for operations and business reviews.• Manage sales activation performance and incentive releases.• Submit coverage plans to the Regional Sales Head for various areas.• Conduct Merchandiser's Meetings and pool candidates for specific roles.• Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.• Track new product launches and provide feedback from trade.• Assist in product sell-ins, especially for newly launched items.• Implement and monitor van loading factors and SKU range.• Review and ensure compliance with Master Coverage Plans and booking quantities.• Conduct route visits, weekly operations reviews, and address account receivable issues.• Close outstanding accounts receivables within 24 hours.• Enforce FIFO and prevent backorders on shelves and warehouse.• Handle merchandiser compliance, expenses, and recommend disciplinary actions.• Negotiate for increased shelf space allocation and planogram deployment.• Check warehouse stocking levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.• Validate reasons for returns and coordinate with sales teams for daily output.• Ensure accuracy of sales orders and implement ordering systems (DOS/AOS).
