Dispatching Officer

**Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.

- **Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
**
- **Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
**
- **Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
**
- **Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
**
- **Perform other work delivered by the company or superior**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related fields.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics or Express industry.
- With experience in ports is advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna area
- Willing to do business trips.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
