JOB SUMMARY: Leading and overseeing the company's daily operational activities, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently; Implement effective processes, manage a diverse team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate with other senior leaders to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Management; Master's Degree or MBA is preferredPreferably a Registered or Professional EngineerMinimum of 10 years of experience in Operations ManagementAt least 5 years in a Senior Leadership roleProven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading large teamsProven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong business acumenPassion for renewable energy and sustainabilityStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent strategic planning and organizational abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and performance metricsIn-depth understanding of industry regulations and complianceOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in relevant software and technology tools
