With a focus on creativity and performance, the client supports businesses in navigating the complexities of digital marketing to drive growth and success.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTYour Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist would be:• Content Creation. Monitor, write, and edit content for different channels such as social media posts (Facebook, and Instagram), blog posts, web pages, press releases, articles for industry publications, and more• Social Media– scheduling, editing and posting• Scheduling of photography, website updates, data mining and email sequencing• OTT and SEO for marketing• Google Analytics & Google Ads. Monitor and optimize our ongoing Google Ads campaigns• Provide weekly Google Analytics reports, analyzing website traffic/visitor trends & providing recommendations for optimization• Event Research, Management, & Support. Assist in the organization and promotion of company events, including conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and more• Creation & publication of multichannel content to promote company events• Maintain email database in ActiveCampaign, segment contacts based on demographic information, and write/design targeted emails as part of marketing campaigns• Assist in increasing quantity & quality of email database contacts• Sales Collateral. Write copy & create outlines for a variety of digital & printed sales collateral, including flyers, brochures, postcards, catalogs, etc.• Assist in applying to selected awards & research new awards to apply to Social Media• Create & publish social media content across Instagram, and Facebook• Research & identify methods of optimizing & amplifying client's social media presence on new & existing platforms• Lead Generation & Market Research. Conduct ongoing market research to strategically position client's services and increase lead generation• Identify sales & partnership opportunitiesQualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar discipline is strongly preferred.• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience and track record in sales or similar industry is strongly preferred.• Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)• 2+ Years Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns OR ability to show strong understanding of day to day usage of ad managers. • Knowledge of audience targeting strategies and best practices• Analytical skills to monitor and measure campaign performance• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client communication• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices• Ability to create basic creative for ads with tools like Canva• Strong experience on Google, Facebook Ads, paid social media marketing, campaign set-up, pixel integration• Strong background in E-commerce and Shopify• Experience creating & repurposing multichannel content• Experience in scheduling, editing and posting• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines• Proficient knowledge of market research techniques & databases• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Proficient knowledge of CRM tools, SEO • Proficient knowledge of social media management• Expertise in Paid Social Media campaigns• Exquisite communication and people skills • Ability to work independently and remotely• Proactive and innovativeYour love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
