Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for law firms. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry and its unique marketing challenges, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation for law firms, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and create buyer personas for law firms.Use marketing automation tools and CRM to manage leads, track their progress through the sales funnel, and measure campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize the lead-to-sale conversion rate.Analyze and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the legal industry to continuously improve the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.Identify and evaluate new digital marketing channels to reach potential law firm customers and generate leads.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation for law firms. (non negotiable)Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique marketing challenges.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report campaign performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation for law firms. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on the legal industry. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing is essential, as well as experience using marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique marketing challenges, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
