We are an Australian operated BPO in Kawit, Cavite. Our client is an Australian based property and development company who is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join their existing team based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate must have experience using social media platforms, understand web development and is capable of working with a team environment and must have a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing schedule
Website and Social Media Coordinator for Facebook, Linkedin, Google, Website and potentially Instagram/TikTok
Ability to identify new marketing segments by researching industries, companies and people
Develop social media schedule and post according to schedule
Website maintenance and content management
Monitor Google analytics and search performance
Create weekly and monthly performance reports
Manage databases and generate reports to track and support the implementation and overseeing of compliance initiatives.
Perform assistance on social media management and other digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis as needed for assigned projects.
Assisting the team in engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Audits and analyses social media presences, including paid and organic
Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns and other online marketing programs
Take part in the planning process of marketing campaigns requested by marketing managers and/or other project requestors
Conducts own Quality Control
Prepare monthly analytics and performance reports
Manage regular email and phone communication with clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role
Experience in using Salesforce and Meta Business Manager (required)
Experience in using Marketing Cloud, Google Ads (ideal but not required)
Experience in using Canvas or Photoshop (ideal but not required)
Experience in using Zapier/MAKE/Intergomat and Wordpress (ideal but not required)
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work both independently and team oriented
Must be willing to work in Kawit, Cavite
