Marketing Supervisor

- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Creative, to develop marketing plans that align with the company's overall growth strategy and financial goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist the Sales team in developing and executing revenue marketing programs, including product training, retailer/reseller engagement, and customer retention programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or revenue marketing.
- Highly organized

- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external
partners.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze market data.
