Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Expert serves as a thought lead in aligning digital marketing strategy with business goals and objectives. This position is instrumental in keeping Swak BPO Corp ahead of the game.
You will be responsible for ideating, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to successfully deploy available tools to increase customer engagement and drive sales quality leads through paid marketing programs. In addition to this, you will oversee the management of projects, creating digital media and social media strategies and entice its optimization by analyzing data and finding actionable insights. We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a proven track record of leveraging data and metrics to drive online success and fluent in telling stories about the way our clients behave online.
Job Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Director in controlling a data infrastructure to help the senior management in evaluating end-to-end customer experience across various channels. Plan, execute, and analyze campaign and conversion tests, optimizing our clients journey from origination to KYC to drive conversion rates.Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc. and provide data-driven insights for optimizations.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital landscape, and recommend actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with international marketing team, and other internal stakeholders including Sales, Creatives, D&A (Data and Analytics), etc. to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Swak BPO Corp.s business objectives and customer needs.Help the Marketing Director in managing digital advertising budgets and campaign spending to maximize ROI and achieve targeted goals.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, and proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement and optimization. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Information Technology or other related field; professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or related disciplines preferred.Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on data analytics, digital media strategy development, and campaign optimizationProficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to track and measure digital marketing performance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, present findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
