**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS**
**Research and Strategy**
- Conduct in-depth research on foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other potential funders with a goal to qualify and prioritize these funders for Smarter Good's clients.
**Content Development Support**
**Client Relationship and Service Delivery**
- Support Development Manager in managing client relationships: Ensure assigned clients' satisfaction through seamless delivery of agreed deliverables and timely response to client communications
- Weigh priorities and manage various workloads and deliverables
- Develop and maintain client work plans and reports
**Knowledge Management and Team Support**
- Manage team's collective knowledge by ensuring information and data generated by research, reports, and analyses are entered into systems that can be accessed within and across teams
- Collaborate extensively with the writing team on processing client information
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 months of experience in project management and/or account management tasks, preferably in a B2B set-up (experience in account management for creative services is an advantage)
- Excellent direct communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments that require proactivity and self-directed work
- Experience in and/or demonstrable interest in international development, social entrepreneurship, community development, and the social sector
