Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Oversee projects assigned.
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager for the proper and timely implementation of the issued "For Construction Drawings" and the conditions set in the contract or proposal.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients for every assigned project.
- Conduct project inspection before construction stage. Determine if site is ready for hand-over by the owner and to start installation works. Submit punch list if site is not yet ready.
- Prepare materials, equipment list for Client's approval prior to mobilization.
- Conduct premobilization inspection with Project in charge and accomplish pre-mobilization checklist to ensure proper turnover of the plant for installation.
- Use security measures to prevent theft of materials and equipment at the site and implement safe working condition at site.
- Prepare site inspection report.
- Perform other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Authorities:
- Conduct site inspection and prepare reports
- Prepare project billing
- Recommend overtime of employees assigned in site
- Submit Weekly Report I Status
Job qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably Licensed Engineer
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience as Project Engineer
- Has knowledge in basic Engineering Process
- With good scholastic record
- Proficient in Microsoft office application (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- With average communication skills
- With interpersonal skills, analytical, decision making
Deliverables:
- Site Inspection Report
- Premobilization Checklist
- Comply and submit daily Official Business Trip Form (OBT) before going to site.
- Punchlist to Client
- Submit if necessary, such as Incident Reports, Request for Information (RFI),
Request for Approval (RFA), Work Inspection Request (WIR), Work Permit
