Delivery Manager

• Develop end to end delivery plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software, System Integration vendors) and drive execution of the plan• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including bank executives, department heads, vendor representatives. Ensure regular communication and manage expectations effectively• Coordinate with Software and System Integration vendors to ensure that their products and services align with project objectives and timelines. Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations• Tracking overall progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track• Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions• Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues etc.Qualification• 10+ years' relevant experience managing implementation for any IT Banking projects• Must have experience in delivering large scale implementations for Branch Teller Systems (preferred) or large-scale implementations of branch banking systems• Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbout The Business Consulting and Services
