Debt Collections Representative (Outbound)

Our recruitment hub is open from Mondays to Fridays, 4pm to 11pm.

We are currently looking for a Debt Collector (Outbound) who can start working immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1-2 years of Collection

Experience in the Finance industry or 1-2 years of Telemarketing ExperienceMust have ability to maintain focus and work within industry regulations

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent listening skills

Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

Excellent thought-processing and reasoning skills

Must have no attendance problems

Has good attention to detail

Can easily follow instructions

Can work with mínimal supervision
