Responsibilities Process incoming customer orders during peak hours (9 PM to midnight AEST), ensuring timely entry for next-day deliveries Input detailed order information into a state-of-the-art web-based ERP system, including customer data, product specifications, and delivery schedules Verify and enter supplier bill information, meticulously matching quantities and prices with purchase orders and received stock Manage time effectively, balancing urgent order processing with flexible supplier bill entry tasks Maintain high levels of accuracy in all data entry tasks, contributing to the company's reputation for reliability and precision Collaborate with the client service manager to resolve any issues and manage time-off requests efficiently Requirements Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Comfortable with evening/night shift work (approximately 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM Philippines time) Proficiency in web-based software applications and email systems Excellent time management skills to juggle both time-sensitive and flexible tasks Strong English language skills for effective communication and comprehension of orders and bills Typing speed and accuracy that meets industry standards (to be assessed during recruitment) Adaptability to learn and efficiently use the company's ERP system and attendance tracking software Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work Requirements
