Vendor Coordinator

Job description :

Plan and schedule for inspections upon receiving requests from client.
Update and maintain Inspection files and records.
Maintain CVs of Inspectors and update Inspector matrix.
Monitor and update inspection schedule.
Follow up for inspection reports and submit to client.
Prepare and submit Monthly reports to finance dept.

Qualification:

University Graduate (preferably in engineering).
3 years experience in document control / administration of inspections / administration of Quality systems.
Good working knowledge on Microsoft applications.
Good in English language (conversation and writing)
Willing to work in flexible hours in line with the Middle east and Europe local time zones.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
