Essential ResponsibilitiesMacrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components to its success. The Data Entry Specialist is a part of the global knowledge management task force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Company's collective intelligence is entered into the database in a timely and accurate manner so that it is accessible to all recruiting teams globally. The primary duties of the Data Entry Specialist include, but are not limited to the following: · Act as primary point for data clean-up required to maintain Company database is up-to-date · Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database and CRM · Check source documents/data for accuracy · Verify data and correct data where necessary · Obtain further information for incomplete documents or system entries · Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files · Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required · Transcribe information into the required electronic format · Check completed work for accuracy · Store completed documents in designated locations · Comply with Company data integrity and security policies · Work closely with the Data & Research Manager to ensure quality of data in database is accurate and complete The Data Enty Specialist will report to the Director of Business Operations. Preferred Qualifications: Professional work experience in legal, recruiting, or professional services industries is highly preferred. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs welcome). Comfortable and thrives working in a high-volume work environment. Ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines, self-starter, mature attitude, creative problem solver, task-oriented, attention to detail and sound judgment. High-level proficiency in written and oral communications. Strong technical aptitude and excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Experience in data entry is a plus.
