Job Description This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Full time - 9am to 6pm AEST Melbourne M-F (7:00am - 4:00pm Manila Time) with 1-hour unpaid lunch break Duties and Responsibilities: Input data accurately into the accounting software Identify and correct errors in your data entry transactions Ensure the integrity and security of the data entered Ensure the data accuracy and completeness Assist with other administrative tasks requested by the Accounts Payable Officer Required Skills: Experience in data entry or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, excel and Word Basic knowledge of accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Requirements Intermediate excel skills 1-2 years' experience in a data entry role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload Ability to work independently and provide support to the Accounts Payable Officer Reliable and self – motivated
