Data Analyst - Pasig - F2P Games

JOB PURPOSE: Supporting the Product and Design team to make data-driven decisions about features, events, tuning and strategy of a Free-To-Play (F2P) mobile title; Help drive live operations, perform A/B tests, and deliver reports and insights to key stakeholders across both the development and publishing teams; Present findings on a routine basis to leadership, both to examine past performance and determine future development on the title; Reports to the Product Manager

2+ years Data Analyst experience on F2P games (or comparable experience),Master's Degree is a plusExperience with data analysis, including but not limited to descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithmsExperience with A/B testing concepts, terminology and hands-on executionStrong verbal and written communication skills (the team values this as much as analytical skills)Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQLIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of data analysis programming languages (Python/R preferred)Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of ExcelIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization toolsMust be able to mine databases and extract key takeaways from raw dataCan visualize those takeaways in a way that all stakeholders understandHas a demonstrated interest in gaming, particularly in the mobile spaceDirect experience analyzing product performanceFluent in both descriptive and predictive analyticsStrong passion for puzzle genre gamesLove of brainteasersExperience with AWS productsQuantitative background (Math, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
