Data Analyst

Job Description:

· Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedules

· Send alarms in real time to leads about deviations from desired behaviors

· Assist with the creation of metrics and targets for services

· Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processes

· Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning

· Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports

· Use trends and reports to forecast requirements

· Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements:

Must have a very good level of Microsoft Excel skills – including formulas, as well as Word and Email Ability to create reports in Excel and forecast results Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to multi-task, focus, and complete reports for extended periods of time Flexible team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills Previous call center experience is a plus +3 years experience in WFM Proactive, organized, and very passionate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
