Job Description Develop and Implement Security Strategies: Establish a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Create security policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a secure IT environment.Security Infrastructure Design: Set up and manage the company's cybersecurity architecture, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security tools. Ensure that security measures are in place to protect data and systems against threats.Security Operations Management: Oversee security operations and monitor the environment for any security incidents. Implement best practices for incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.Policy Creation and Enforcement: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Tool Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and technologies that enhance our security posture. Manage vendor relationships and stay updated with the latest industry trends.Risk Management: Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and work proactively to mitigate them. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure continuous improvement.Collaboration and Training: Work closely with other departments to ensure that security measures are understood and implemented throughout the organization. Provide training and awareness programs to promote a security-first culture.The Successful Applicant More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in network security, infrastructure security, and security operations.Proven experience in designing and implementing security policies and frameworks.Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection).Strong knowledge of risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What's on Offer 13th MonthHealthcareBonusesTraining & Development
