Cx - Ad Operations Liaison

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sales team, and technical staff regarding ad operations.Collaborate with technical staff to implement and launch advertising campaigns accurately and efficiently.Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Act as a liaison between clients and technical team, addressing any technical concerns or requirements.Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline ad operations workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in ad operations, digital advertising, or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
