Cvm Communications Specialist (Cash Loan)

**As part of our growth, your tasks will be to**:

- Support ideation, develop communication strategy, content and implementation of campaigns/ promotion for XSell, usage, and retention to drive sales and portfolio growth - retention and engagement
- Identify and recommend new ways to expand and reach our target audiences, helping drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate and partner with various business units within Home Credit (such as Customer Value Management, Marketing Communication, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations) to ensure positive business results

**You know you are the perfect fit, if you have the following**:

- College Degree
- Background with Financial services - Personal Cash loan, Credit card, Revolving product is a plus
- Good experience in creating Marketing communications, Campaign management, CRM and customer lifecycle
- Proactive, Organized, Collaborative, Eloquent
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City, hybrid work set-up
