Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
- Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
- Communicating with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.

Qualifications:
- Applicants with 1 year BPO Sales experience can apply
- At least 18 years old
- Open to all HS / ALS Graduates
- Amenable to work Onsite
- Any Educational Attainment


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
