Job Description:

Insider is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1. Reliable and energetic personality traits.
2. Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
