**Qualifications**:

- Calls patients for refill delivery set up of SPRx medicines.
- Coordinates and communicates with healthcare providers.
- Completes all follow-up telephone calls to maintain accurate records, including submittal/return dates and approval periods.
- Maintains departmental records, reports, and files as required.
- Ensures that entries have their appropriate medical record account.
- Provides assistance in other areas as required.
**Responsibilities**:

- Preferably associated with any medical field.
- 1 yr BPO or Healthcare Setting Experience is an advantage.
- Ability to use a variety of desktop and cloud-based software systems and to quickly learn pharmaceutical management software.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, interact and communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with co-workers, patients, insurance companies, and others.
- Has clerical experience, typing skills of 30 wpm, 10 key-by touch, and basic math skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Flexible, diligent, and highly trainable.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
