CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER

(P18,000 – P 23,000)

Job Description:
• Customer Service (Technical Support)
• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
• End-User Training
• Customer Journey (Relationship Marketing)
• Develops Healthy Partner Relationship, evaluates and analyses partner/client needs
• Build trust and transparency with partners/clients
• Review partner/client complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
• Customizes a training course and educational materials for the partners/clients
• Assists partners/clients as needed with the setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate of Marketing or Business Management and other related courses
• Preferably with at least 2 years related experience
• Has strong knowledge and understanding of Marketing, Product/sales, Promotions
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to establish or maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• With good analytical and numerical skills
• With accuracy and attention to details
