Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions
- Monitor customer usage data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their needs and goals
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Reliable and energetic personality traits
- Soft skills in innovation and planning
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
